Our solution for a broken health care system
Urgent Wellness will turn medicine right side up by focusing on wellness as well as disease.  

Convenient community-placed, Community Health Worker (CHW) operated, telemedicine and medical vending machine kiosks, will improve the health of vulnerable populations while reducing health care costs. 

Urgent Wellness clinics will be placed in low-income housing projects, homeless shelters and community-based service organizations.

Street Sense Highlights Urgent Wellness

Urgent Wellness staff are offering residents of Benning Terrace (Ward 7, Washington DC) assessments to take a Community Health Snap Shot of preventive, chronic and social service health care needs.  Urgent Wellness will use the results of these surveys to design needed onsite health care services to improve the health of the Benning Terrace Community.
